Azerbaijan Once Again Artificially Escalates the Situation: Karen Hovhannisyan

Military expert and Turkologist Karen Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Azerbaijan is once again officially artificially escalating the situation. The daily official report was changed an hour after its publication. Around 9 o'clock, a statement was issued claiming that the ceasefire regime had been violated 27 times, but shortly thereafter, they modified the text of that report, changing 27 to 50. I see a tendency in describing the violation of the ceasefire regime as having occurred fifty times.”
