After a temporary halt, work has resumed on the Tranche-3 section of the North-South highway, currently focusing on the construction of the road's substructure.

On September 3, the Governor of Shirak Province, Tigran Petrosyan, met with the deputy head of the Sinohydro Black Sea Region office, Liu Mingjian, and other representatives from the company's Armenian branch. The information was provided by the Shirak Provincial Administration.

The organization is carrying out the construction work for Tranche-3 of the Talin-Lanjik-Lanjik-Gyumri road segment, which spans 46.17 kilometers. A new project is planned for approximately 3.5 kilometers, while about 42.6 kilometers will involve the widening of the existing two-lane road to a four-lane road.

In the Shirak region, the Lanjik-Gyumri stretch measures 27.5 kilometers.

The deputy director of the organization, Liu Mingjian, along with the governor of Shirak province, visited the asphalt production facility, which, as Mr. Mingjian reported, is ready for operation. The unprecedented asphalt production facility has a capacity of 310 tons per hour and can meet any quantity of orders within just a few hours.
