Temporary Exit and Entrance Restrictions Implemented in Norashen Community

On September 2, 2020, according to a new decision signed by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Development, Zhiraire Mirzoyan, temporary restrictions on exit and entrance were implemented in the Norashen community of the Martakert region. The police of the Republic of Artsakh have installed checkpoints to monitor the movement of individuals and vehicles.
