Samvel Petrosyan to Run on the Lists of the 'Patriots' Alliance

Samvel Petrosyan, a former member of the Georgian Parliament and current representative of the Akhalkalaki Sakrebulo, will participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections. He will run on the lists of the 'Patriots' Alliance party.

In a phone conversation with JNEWS, Petrosyan confirmed that he will take part in the parliamentary elections scheduled to be held in Georgia in October. “Yes, I plan to run. I will definitely participate in the campaign; I have made a decision, and my name has been on the list of the 'Patriots' Alliance for over a month now,” said Samvel Petrosyan.

He mentioned that every candidate is confident they will win in the elections. “There is a well-known saying: everyone deserves their leader. If the people choose a leader who is pro-Turkish, then the people deserve that fate. If the people elect me, I will be a deputy; if not, I will stay at home. I am confident that there will be fraud; we do not have a Regional Commission, and that commission is occupied with specific fraud,” Petrosyan asserted.

It is worth noting that Samvel Petrosyan served as a member of the Georgian Parliament on behalf of the 'United National Movement' party from 2012 to 2016.
