That Chair Suited Him, Not My Build: Gevorgyan Does Not Sit on the Former Rector's 'Famous' Chair

The acting rector of Yerevan State University, Gegham Gevorgyan, announced during a press conference that he does not sit on the 'famous' chair of former rector Aram Simonyan.

“That chair suited him, it did not suit my build, I have changed it, but I will say, I am still not sitting in a bad chair. I offered it to Mr. Simonyan; he has one too but refused. Now the chair is in the university dormitory,” said Gegham Gevorgyan.
