Graduates of Non-State Colleges Will Receive State Diploma

Starting from September 7, the acceptance of documents for graduates of non-state intermediate vocational education institutions from previous years will begin, aimed at organizing state final certification exams. According to the current regulations, this year marks the conclusion of the process for organizing state final certification exams for individuals who have received education through non-state accredited intermediate vocational programs, thus making this the last opportunity to participate in state certification exams and obtain a state sample diploma.

According to the procedure established by the order of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, the documents of applicants wishing to participate in the state final certification exams will be accepted from September 7 to October 16, 2020, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except for Saturday and Sunday). The address for submission is: 3 Vazgen Sargsyan, Government House 2, Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, Room 502, with a break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

To participate in the state final certification exams, a graduate of a non-state accredited intermediate vocational institution must submit the following documents to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports within the specified timeframe:

• A completed application form according to Form 1 (attached).
• Original and copies of the graduation document (diploma) and supplement (in case of non-submission, an explanation regarding the absence of the supplement).
• Original and copies of an identification document (passport, military ID, refugee certificate, special passport of the Republic of Armenia, residence permit).
• Two photos (3x4 size).

The application form must be completed and the required documents submitted by the graduate or their authorized representative.
