197 New Coronavirus Cases Registered in Armenia, 4 Patients Have Died

As of September 2, Armenia has confirmed 197 new cases of coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 44,075. According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 3 citizens have died from coronavirus within a single day, increasing the death toll to 884.

Additionally, there has been one case of death among patients infected with coronavirus due to other illnesses recorded in the past day. As of September 2, the number of such death cases stands at 269.

In total, 4 people have died in one day, and the overall number of deaths has reached 1,153. Meanwhile, the number of recoveries recorded in one day is 275, totaling the recoveries to 38,631, with 4,291 active cases currently being treated (this figure has decreased by 82 in one day).

In one day, 2,460 tests were conducted, leading to a cumulative total of 209,389 tests performed to date.
