This Tragedy that Struck Our City Took the Lives of Nine Residents of Armavir, Says Mayor

In Armavir, two of the fatalities from alcohol poisoning were employees of the municipality's Beautification Department. This was stated by Armavir Mayor Davit Khudatyan on his Facebook page, where he also expressed his condolences to the families and relatives of all the deceased.

“Dear fellow citizens, it was a horrifyingly heavy day for all of us. This tragedy that struck our city has taken the lives of nine residents of Armavir, and several others are currently in various medical centers. Two of the deceased were our colleagues working in the Beautification Department of the Armavir Municipality. I express my condolences to the families and relatives of our fellow citizens who fell victim to alcohol poisoning, and to all of us. I wish health to those receiving treatment in hospitals. Strength and resilience to us all,” stated Khudatyan in his post.
