One New Case of Coronavirus Infection Confirmed in Artsakh

According to the information provided by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, one new case of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has been confirmed in Artsakh. The infected individual is a resident of Stepanakert.

Efforts are being made to identify the source of the infection and to clarify the contact circle of the patient.

Three citizens have recovered from the virus.

To date, the new coronavirus disease has been confirmed in 288 individuals, of which 265 have overcome the illness. Currently, 21 individuals are receiving treatment, and a total of 49 citizens are under quarantine.

Doctors assess the health condition of one patient as severe, while three others are in a moderate condition.

A total of 221 samples have been taken for testing. So far, 10,535 samples have been tested.
