Former BHK MP Vanik Asatryan to be Released

Former MP of the "Tsarukyan" faction Vanik Asatryan will be released. The court has rejected the request of the NSS investigator. This was announced by Asatryan's lawyer Emin Beglaryan.

It is noteworthy that Vanik Asatryan was arrested in connection with a vote-buying case from the 2017 elections. He is accused under Article 154.2, part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (for providing bribes to voters either personally or through intermediaries).

It should be mentioned that a charge has also been brought against the leader of the BHK, Gagik Tsarukyan, in connection with this case.
