Vladimir Putin Congratulates Robert Kocharian

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has sent a congratulatory letter to the first President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and the second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, on the occasion of his birthday.

In the letter, it particularly states: "Dear Robert Sedraki, please accept my sincere congratulations on your birthday. In Russia, you are recognized as a prominent political figure who has contributed significantly to the development of modern Armenia. We highly appreciate your personal contribution to strengthening the friendly and allied relations between our two countries."

President Putin wished Robert Kocharian good health, prosperity, and resilience of spirit.
