Video: Balloon Lifts 3-Year-Old Girl in Taiwan
During a balloon festival in Taiwan, a balloon lifted a 3-year-old girl into the sky. According to the New York Times, the child got tangled in the ropes of a gigantic balloon. The balloon lifted the girl to a height of 5-10 meters.
The media notes that when the wind calmed down slightly, attendees managed to grab the rope and bring the girl back down with difficulty.
