Video: Protest Action as Citizens Block Road Leading to Ararat Province

According to Auroranews, the grape growers of the Pokr Vedi community in Ararat Province have blocked the road leading to the region from both sides.

Auroranews contacted Norik Martirosyan, the mayor of Pokr Vedi. “The participants of the protest action are mainly residents of the Lusarat community, with a few from our community. People are protesting the prices of grape procurement. I am aware that the governor is coming here at this moment to try to resolve the issue on site,” our interlocutor noted.
