Murder of 26-Year-Old Woman Solved

On August 17, information was received at the Erebuni Division of the Police regarding the body of a young woman found on Garegin Hovsepyan Street. The body of the 26-year-old woman showed signs of violence, indicating she had been murdered.

A criminal case was initiated, and police obtained operational information regarding the identity of a person suspected of committing this particularly serious crime. Law enforcement also clarified several circumstances surrounding the incident. According to preliminary data, the woman was strangled by her boyfriend, a 32-year-old foreign national.

Measures are being taken to locate the suspect and present him to the investigation.
