43-Year-Old Man Arrested for Stabbing Journalist, His Brother and Father

According to the data obtained from the investigation, on August 9, 2020, around 22:00, a 43-year-old resident of Yerevan attacked a journalist, his father, and brother with a knife in the yard of a building on Yeghishe Tadevosyan Street. The attack was carried out with the intent to cause bodily harm to two or more individuals, resulting in life-threatening injuries to their health.

As reported by the Investigative Committee, based on a sufficient combination of evidence, the 43-year-old man has been charged under Article 112, Part 2, Clause 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (deliberately causing serious harm to health). He has been detained, and the pre-investigation is ongoing.
