Video: Amulsar Protectors March from Jermuk to Yerevan

In support of Amulsar, today, August 20, an auto march has begun from the residents of Jermuk and nearby communities toward Yerevan. The organizers of the action plan to gather at the area adjacent to the Opera House at 4:00 PM.

According to the organizers, in democratic countries, this much is enough for a democratic government to understand that they are initiating a large chain of peaceful disobedience, and they state that it is time for the government to demonstrate political will and put an end to the destruction plans for Amulsar.

“It is absurd that in the center of a country that has experienced a revolution, people are forced to be outside day and night to physically stand against the threat to their violated rights, environment, and economic independence,” reads the message from the participants of the auto march.
