VIDEO: OMON Forces Moving in Ambulances, Doctors Join Protests in Belarus

Today, doctors in Belarus joined the ongoing protests, expressing their support for the demonstrations. Speaking before the public, one therapeutic doctor confessed that when they learned that OMON forces were moving in ambulances, it became the last drop in their cup of patience.

Since the presidential elections in Belarus, protests have continued as participants express their dissatisfaction with the election results, which declared the incumbent president Alexander Lukashenko the winner with 80% of the votes, while Svetlana Tikhanovskaya received only 10.12%.

According to official data, more than 6,700 people were detained in the early days of the protests. As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic, hundreds have been injured during the unrest, including more than 120 law enforcement officers, and one protester has died.
