Georgian Government-Owned Plane Flew to Minsk Yesterday

A business-class aircraft owned by the Georgian government, a Mitsubishi Challenger 850, flew to Minsk yesterday. This plane is typically used by the country’s President Salome Zurabishvili, reports The Bell's Telegram channel.

The source details that the aircraft landed in the Belarusian capital around 19:00. It remained at Minsk airport for about an hour before returning to Tbilisi.

As previously reported, a massive protest took place in Minsk yesterday, marking one of the largest demonstrations in modern Belarusian history. According to Tut.by estimates, at least 200,000 citizens took to the streets to raise their voices.

Protests have continued in Belarus since the presidential elections held on August 9, where current President Alexander Lukashenko was declared the winner with 80% of the vote, a result that has been contested by many participants expressing dissatisfaction with the election outcomes.
