Video: Leave! Massive Protests Demanding Lukashenko's Resignation Held in Minsk and Other Belarusian Cities
Massive protests demanding the resignation of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko have replaced a rally held by his supporters in Minsk. According to Life.ru, tens of thousands of demonstrators gathered near the "Minsk - Hero City" monument. The protesters shout phrases such as "Long live Belarus!", "Leave!", and "We believe, we can, we will win," while waving white-red-white flags.
Large-scale protests are also taking place in other cities, including Gomel, Brest, and Grodno. The main demand of the demonstrators remains the same: the president's resignation.
It should be noted that earlier, a rally of Lukashenko's supporters was held in Minsk's Independence Square, where the Belarusian leader ruled out the idea of holding new elections, stating that he would not allow such a scenario, as it would mean the end of Belarus as a state.
