A video has surfaced online in which famous actor Chuck Norris addresses Alexander Lukashenko. He has called on the President of Belarus to stop the actions currently taking place in the country. Media outlets, however, point out that recording such a video message with Chuck Norris comes at a cost of around $300. Agreeably, that is a quite modest sum.
