The parliamentary mandate of Mane Tandilyan, who was elected from the "Enlightened Armenia" party list in constituency number 4, will pass to the candidate with the highest votes under the proportional voting system, Stepan Stepanyan, once the mandate is legally vacated. Stepanyan is a member of the Yerevan territorial council of the "Enlightened Armenia" party. This was reported by the "Enlightened Armenia" party.

It is noteworthy that today, Mane Tandilyan announced she is resigning her parliamentary mandate due to health issues.

Biographical details: Stepan Stepanyan was born on May 30, 1988. From 1995 to 2005, he studied at A. Margaryan High School No. 29, graduating with honors. From 2005 to 2010, he studied at the Armenian-Russian Slavonic University, majoring in International Relations, qualifying as a political scientist and international relations specialist. From 2012 to 2016, he studied as a PhD student at the Chair of Management Psychology of the RA Academy of Justice. He has 12 published scientific works in local and international journals.

Since 2011, he has been teaching at the Center for Legal Education and Implementation of Rehabilitation Programs under the Ministry of Justice of the RA. From 2014 to 2016, he taught at the French College in Armenia. From 2011 to 2018, he worked at "Rosgosstrakh-Armenia" LLC in various positions. He is married and has two daughters.
