Smerch-Type Rocket Found Near Shaki Village

On August 14, at 17:58, the Regional Crisis Management Center received information that ammunition had been discovered in a field near Shaki village.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations' press service reports that an operational group from the Emergency Situations National Service's Syunik regional rescue administration has been dispatched to the scene.

It has been determined that, according to preliminary information, a Smerch (multiple launch rocket system) type rocket has been found. Rescuers have cordoned off the area.

Police officers from the Sisian division have established a duty at the site.
