The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, intends to visit Beirut again on September 1 to continue efforts for the city's recovery following the explosion. This was announced by the French Minister of Defense, Florence Parly, as reported by Reuters.

She urged the Lebanese to form a government capable of making "bold decisions."
