‘Armenia is Love’: Anna Hakobyan's New Initiative

From now on, photos of Armenia and Artsakh's historical and cultural sites will be more frequently seen online under the hashtags ‘Armenia is Love’, ‘Rest in Armenia’, ‘Visit Armenia’, and ‘Armenia Love’. The initiator of this campaign is Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, with the goal of showcasing Armenian culture, tourist attractions, spiritual values, cuisine, and traditions.

The first stop of the campaign is Artsakh. Six locations have been selected to present the history of Artsakh, its spiritual and cultural heritage, and the wonders of nature.

In an interview with Armenpress, Anna Hakobyan's spokesperson Hasmik Harutyunyan mentioned that new ideas emerged during the photo shoots, and they plan to showcase Artsakh again, this time with new colors and places. “It is very symbolic that the campaign starts with Artsakh, as the concept of ‘free Artsakh’ inspires and empowers every Armenian. It feels like any endeavor you initiate in Artsakh is destined for victory. Six places have been chosen to kick off the campaign, with the promise that we will return to Artsakh and showcase its unique spirit and energy,” said Hasmik Harutyunyan, highlighting that the first locations include the Dadivank Monastery complex in Artsakh, the ‘Hot Water’ tourist site in the village of Zuara, the museum in Tigranakert, the Hunoti Gorge natural reserve, the Shushi Carpet Museum, and the Nikol Duman House Museum.
