Video: Anyone who says the government is corrupt is lying, says Pashinyan

“Back then, they said the government was corrupt because we weren’t issuing receipts, and now is the government still corrupt? Anyone who says the government is corrupt is lying. Not issuing receipts is like stealing a soldier’s bread,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today during a government meeting.
