Minister of Education and Science Appears Maskless on H1 Broadcast: Will He Be Fined?

The Minister of Education and Science of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, gave an interview without a mask during the broadcast of "News" on Public Television.

In the report of the August 8 broadcast of "News," the minister was seen giving an interview in a closed space, likely his office, without wearing a mask. As we know, according to the decree of the Armenian Prime Minister, wearing a mask is mandatory in enclosed and open spaces, and an administrative record is drawn up in case of violation.

Factinfo contacted the police to find out whether a record had been established for violating the Prime Minister's decree. In response, the police advised submitting a written inquiry to forward to the relevant department.
