What Caused the Death of 34-year-old Levon Ghasaboghlian? He Was Not Infected with Coronavirus
Former football player and coach Levon Ghasaboghlian did not contract coronavirus; the cause of death was a heart failure due to a thrombus blockage. This information was reported by Sputnik Kazakhstan.
“Ghasaboghlian tested regularly with the team. All test results were negative,” said a representative from the “Ontustik” academy to a correspondent from Sputnik Kazakhstan.
It is reminded that Levon Ghasaboghlian passed away yesterday at the age of 34.
Ghasaboghlian played for the teams “Ararat,” “Kilikia,” and “Uliss.” Additionally, he was part of the Armenian national youth football team. He ended his playing career at the Estonian club “Narva Trans,” becoming a bronze medalist in the Estonian football championship.
After retiring from football, he transitioned to coaching and worked at the “Pyunik” sports school. He aimed to implement several football development programs in Armenia.
At the beginning of this year, Levon Ghasaboghlian was appointed head coach of the “Ontustik” academy, which competes in the first group of Kazakhstan.
His father, Samvel Ghasaboghlian, is a renowned coach, and his brother, Mikael Ghasaboghlian, is also involved in football.
