Video: Mashtoch Park Now Fully Public Property

Mashtoch Park is now completely public property. This was announced by the Yerevan Municipality on their Facebook page.

Previously, the area occupied by a café operating under property rights has been handed over to the community following negotiations with the operator. In return, the operator will manage it under a 20-year lease.

Furthermore, the trees that have lost their viability and were cut down in that area will be compensated for. In their place, a greater number of quality tree species will be planted.
