Video: 26-Year-Old Man Detained for Hunting a Hare

According to the press service of the RA Police, on August 8 at 18:50, officers from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Artik Police Station detained a 26-year-old man on suspicion of illegal hunting at the crossroads of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway near the village of Horom, while he was driving an "Iveco" truck.

During the vehicle inspection, a "Gamo" air rifle was found, and in the trunk, an injured hare was discovered. The man stated that he had captured the bird around 16:30 in the fields of the village of Horom. The weapon has been seized, and the animal has been transported to a safe location. Materials are being prepared.
