Tigran Esayan Removed from the Position of Deputy Chief of Police

President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree stating that Tigran Esayan has been relieved of his duties as the Deputy Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the decree, "Based on the Prime Minister's proposal and in accordance with part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as part 3 of Article 13 and point 2 of part 1 of Article 45 of the Law on Service in the Police, Tigran Esayan is dismissed from the position of Deputy Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia and from service in the Police of the Republic of Armenia."
