«Mardavors: ‘Velvet’ Style… It Would Be a Sin for Such a ‘Revolution’». Gevorg Petrosyan

The member of the National Assembly from the ‘Prosperous Armenia’ faction, Gevorg Petrosyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Mardavors: ‘Velvet’ Style… Yesterday, I was in Tsaghkadzor with my family. I am terribly disappointed by the growing hatred between the people and the police. There is a person who was being fined with undisturbed and blatant enthusiasm. In Hrazdan and Tsaghkadzor, nearly a hundred police cars were chasing people. They were everywhere: in stores, parks, entertainment venues, and most disgracefully, in the church yard… Come on, have you completely lost your sense of shame? All summer, you imprisoned people in their homes, and now those poor folks decide to dedicate just one day to their family vacation, and you’re breathing down their necks. It would be a sin for such a ‘revolution’… I will address this and a number of other questions about the country’s tragedy in an interview today which I will post on my page…”
