Yesterday, when I saw the noise that was raised, it made me feel the need to provide an explanation. This was stated by Vladimir Gasparyan in an interview with Para.Tv news today, referring to the filming of his house by Radio Liberty yesterday. Gasparyan noted that he saw a drone operating ten meters above his house and initially thought about terrorism and provocation, as this was not the first time that drones had filmed the area. However, according to Vladimir Gasparyan, the previous two recordings had been done over the lake, while this shooting was directly over his house.

“I got on my quad bike and went out because I thought that area was vulnerable. I saw the drone moving upwards, and I went down that road. About 300-400 meters away, I saw two cars parked and about 6-7 citizens who had gotten out. I approached them. I saw one of them holding a remote control panel and asked, ‘What is this, guy?’ He said, ‘It’s a remote.’ I asked, ‘What remote is it?’ He said, ‘It’s mine.’ I said, ‘You let that drone go over my house, who are you?’ They were hesitant, there were 5-6 of them, and I was alone. I was upset because a lot of things are happening. Moreover, I want to say that two or three years ago, I knew there was a group in the NSS that had organized an assassination attempt. I know that the NSS had detained them, and a month later, they were released, and I don’t know what happened to that case.

If 6-7 people who are 30 years old are afraid of me, the 62-year-old, let them continue to be afraid, and they should be afraid because when they enter someone’s house, they should understand that it won’t work that way. Vladimir Gasparyan stated that he had been informed that they were from Radio Liberty. “I told them, ‘Guys, get your heads together, one day you will be severely punished—there will be reckoning, you’ll be executed against a wall. Don’t do such things; you can’t imagine what follows. I am telling you now to gather your things and go.’ I told them that I do not recognize you as the media; I see you as people intruding on my residence. Go tell your leader that they should teach you what constitutional rights mean, and they left with their heads down,” he concluded.
