Criminal Case Filed Against Vladimir Gasparyan

A criminal case has been opened against former police chief Vladimir Gasparyan following an incident involving a journalist from Radio Liberty, under Article 164 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, concerning obstruction of a journalist's legal professional activities.
