Vladimir Gasparyan Threatens Journalists with Vehicle

During the preparation of a report on illegal villas and other structures along the shores of Lake Sevan, former Armenian police chief Vladimir Gasparyan obstructed the work of journalists from Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty today. This was reported by Radio Liberty.

Gasparyan drove his vehicle towards the journalists, threatening to run them over and physically eliminate them, saying he would “shoot” and “kill,” while also demanding, using profanities, that they not show his villa.

The media outlet has brought this obstruction of their work to the attention of the police.
