16 Officials Arrested in Beirut Explosion Case

In Beirut, 16 officials from the port administration have been arrested. According to TASS, military court representative Fadi Akiki stated that a total of 16 people have been detained so far as part of the investigation. The preliminary phase of the inquiry is nearing completion, during which 18 individuals have been questioned.

It is worth recalling that a powerful explosion shook Lebanon's capital Beirut on August 4.
