Tragic Incident: 30-Year-Old Man Jumps Off Bridge in Kotayk Province

Today, on August 6, a tragic incident occurred in Kotayk Province. At approximately 1:30 PM, the police station in Abovyan and the operational management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a report that a citizen had jumped off a bridge on the Sevan-‘Arinj Mall’-Getaral road, according to Shamshyan.com.

The duty team from the Abovyan Medical Center, who arrived at the scene, confirmed the death of the citizen. The police and investigative department are working to identify the deceased. Several citizens gathered at the scene indicated that the deceased was a resident of Kotayk Province, 30-year-old Vigen Ch.

Based on the investigator’s decision, several examinations have been scheduled, including a forensic examination of the body.
