What Support is Provided to Citizens Returning to Armenia
The Armenian Embassy in Russia has provided details regarding the state program for primary support aimed at reintegration. In order to ensure the full and stable reintegration of Armenian citizens returning to Armenia, the Migration Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures is implementing the "State Program for Primary Support of Returning (including forcibly returning) Citizens of the Republic of Armenia," approved by the Armenian government.
The program consists of two components:
- Provision of informational support and guidance tailored to needs, applicable to both forcibly and voluntarily returning Armenian citizens (information is available on the Service's website in Armenian, English, and Russian / https://clck.ru/Q54Y8);
- Compensation for housing rent, which pertains only to citizens who have returned forcibly / https://clck.ru/Q54aW.
