The Information Does Not Correspond to Reality: Ministry of Defense Spokesperson on Reports of Turkish Fighters Approaching Armenia's Border

During the night of August 2-3 and this morning, a relative calm has been maintained along the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border. The Azerbaijani side has violated the ceasefire regime 8 times, firing around 95 shots towards Armenian positions. This information was reported by the spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanian, on her Facebook page.

"In the direction of Koti, the combat positions were targeted 2 times. In the direction of Zangakatun, the combat positions were targeted 6 times. As for the air situation, the circulating information does not correspond to reality," she wrote.
