Three Cars Collide on Sevan-Gavar Highway, Victims in Moderate Condition
On August 4, at 17:28, the National Crisis Management Center received a report about a car accident near the 8th km of the Sevan-Gavar highway, where two vehicles collided, resulting in injuries.
A team from the Emergency Situations Ministry of Gegharkunik Province's firefighting and rescue unit was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a "Lada 2110" (driver: Norayr M., born in 1984), a "Mitsubishi Grandis" (driver: Armen Kh., born in 1982), and a "Lexus" (driver: Harutyun M., born in 1991) were involved in the collision.
Rescuers assisted Norayr M. and a passenger from the Mitsubishi vehicle, Paytsar A. (born in 1969), and both were transported to Sevan Medical Center, where doctors assessed their condition as moderate.
The rescuers also disconnected the vehicles' batteries and closed the gas valves.
