Forged Document Used to Dismiss Me, Hayk Aramyán

Apparently, instead of my reasoned arguments against unlawful actions serving as an opportunity to rethink operations and correct the committed violations, they have become an occasion for yet another violation, this time aimed at dismissing me from my job. This was stated in a Facebook post by Hayk Aramyán, a leading specialist in the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

He wrote: “In particular, by examining the existing data, I have found that a document was forged to dismiss me from my job, and a non-existent legal act was also used. Therefore, when I was dismissed from my position, it was stated that Hayk Aramyán had violated points X, Y, Z of the internal disciplinary rules, and based on the conclusion of the working group conducting the service investigation, he is dismissed from his position.”

“Thus, this indicates that the internal disciplinary rules of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which I allegedly violated, were entered into the Mullbery system on February 5 of this year, that is, two days before the service investigation was appointed against me. Pay attention to the date, as the representative of the ministry stated in court that the internal disciplinary rules approved on July 30, 2019, had been properly notified to all employees via the Mullbery system. Now a question arises: if the document was entered into the Mullbery system on February 5, how could it have been notified to someone via the Mullbery system prior to February 5?”

“But this is not the main issue. There is another important problem here. It turns out that without an order from the minister to modify or supplement it, someone simply took and changed the text of the internal disciplinary rules in Mullbery, altering it so that it appears that I violated certain internal disciplinary rules, and this non-existent, forged, worthless act was used as the basis for dismissing me from my job. I would also like to note that I have the actual text of the internal disciplinary rules adopted on July 30, 2019, at my disposal. Let me remind you that forgery of documents is a crime as defined by Article 325 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, for which imprisonment of up to 4 years is provided.”

“I will still consider whether it is necessary to clarify the issue regarding the elements of a manifest crime through criminal legal procedures. At the same time, I urge and call on my fellow colleagues in the Ministry of Emergency Situations to refrain from being drawn into illegal processes. Remember, you are responsible for your actions or inactions,” he concluded.
