Young Man Gifts Flowers to Girl, Then Assaults Her Father

In Yerevan, a 27-year-old man gave flowers to a girl, turning the situation into a 'Drop of Honey' story. After gifting the flowers, the young man got into an argument with the girl's father and assaulted him.

According to 'Factinfo', the incident occurred in the building's entrance. During the argument, the young man delivered random blows to different parts of the man's body, causing physical pain and injuries that did not include the characteristics of light bodily harm.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and the young man, referred to as 'Romeo', has been charged under Article 118 of the RA Criminal Code for assault. He has been placed under a travel restriction as a preventive measure.

The prosecution has confirmed the indictment and sent the case to court. The fiancé will meet his potential father-in-law in court.
