When a Proud Citizen is Fined for Not Wearing a Mask at the Beach, This is the Downfall of the Statehood

The state is depleted where and when the last resort for the government to solve social issues presented to it is the citizen's pocket. This was stated by Gagik Petrosyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia Party, on his Facebook page.

He specifically wrote: “The last station of depleted statehood... The evidence of depleted statehood is not the enemy's gunfire nor the threats and accusations coming from the outside world... These accompany all countries... The state is depleted where and when the last resort for the government to solve social issues is the citizen’s pocket.

When a proud citizen is fined at the beach for not wearing a mask, this is the downfall of statehood. No other evidence is needed. Look! In these hard circumstances, people just want to disconnect from the hell you have created for at least one day with their families, and you instruct the police to fine these people... Don’t speak suddenly of shame, God will not forgive...”
