I Am Ready to Alleviate Your Problems: Gagik Tsarukyan to Musicians

Deputy of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan's spokesperson Iveta Tonoyan wrote on her Facebook page, "Gagik Tsarukyan, continuing a series of meetings with various social groups, recently met with musicians and performers at their request.

Due to restrictions related to the pandemic, this sector has been paralyzed. A significant number of musicians have been left without jobs, facing the acute problem of supporting their families.

“We have lost our jobs, we have lost the opportunity to live with dignity. We were making a living and supporting our families through hard work and sweat, and we have never asked anything from anyone. Now we are confronted with the issue of being unable to live in our own country. The authorities say nothing, we do not exist for them. All we have left is to emigrate at the first opportunity,” emphasized the participants of the meeting.

Gagik Tsarukyan, expressing his unconditional support to the meeting participants, proposed to work together to find solutions. "I am ready, my team is ready, to work day and night to develop proposals, find solutions, and alleviate your problems so that you can endure until the end of the pandemic. You truly represent a sector where every penny earned is honest—thanks to your talent. And now, regardless of all the difficulties, it is unacceptable for you to find yourselves in such a situation. I am confident there are solutions, and we can find them together," said Gagik Tsarukyan.

The president of the Prosperous Armenia Party instructed experts from the "Tsarukyan" Foundation to study international experiences to identify successful solutions in various countries and to develop a specific package of proposals to present to him.
