Georgia Reports 6 New Cases of Coronavirus in One Day

As of August 2, Georgia has registered 6 new cases of coronavirus infection, while another 8 individuals have recovered. This was reported by kvira.ge, citing Marina Ezugbaia, the director of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Clinic.

In total, Georgia has recorded 1,177 cases of coronavirus infection, with 955 individuals having recovered and 17 deceased.

Currently, 6,969 people are in quarantine zones in Georgia, and an additional 285 individuals are under medical supervision in hospitals.
