Congratulations to Our Esteemed Shepherds: Edmond Marukyan

The leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' parliamentary faction, Edmond Marukyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "During the Soviet era, the first Sunday of August was celebrated as the Day of Animal Husbandry and Sheep Breeders. Today, there is no such holiday in Armenia, nor is there a relevant government agency (the Ministry of Agriculture) that pays attention to this incredibly important sector.

Regardless, I congratulate our esteemed shepherds, who work day and night, in rain, hail, and sunshine, creating the products in our Armenian mountains that are essential to the agricultural industry."
