Vahe Ghazaryan Appoints New Regional Police Chiefs

On August 1, under the directive of the Chief of Police of Armenia Vahe Ghazaryan, personnel changes have taken place within the traffic police’s registration investigative divisions and units.

According to Shamshyan.com, by the order of the Chief of Police, Margary Margaryan has been relieved of his duties as the senior investigator of the 1st platoon of the 2nd police battalion of the traffic police and has been appointed as the head of the Goris registration investigative division of the traffic police by another order.

In another directive from Vahe Ghazaryan, Ara Shahnazaryan has been removed from his position as the commander of the 1st squad of the 4th platoon of the 2nd police battalion of the traffic police and is now the head of the Ijevan registration investigative division of the traffic police.

Another directive saw Ashot Sayadyan relieved from his duties as the commander of the 5th squad of the 1st police battalion of the traffic police and appointed as the head of the Gyumri registration investigative division.

Furthermore, Garik Levonyan has been dismissed as head of the Gyumri registration investigative division and appointed as the head of the Yerevan registration investigative division.

Finally, Vahe Vardanyan has been removed from his position as head of the Ijevan registration investigative division and appointed as the head of the Vanadzor registration investigative division of the traffic police.
