Ervand Khundkaryan's Son Receives 2 Million Dram Gift: What Assets Does the Constitutional Court Nominee Hold?
Yesterday, during the General Assembly of Judges, a decision was made to nominate Ervand Khundkaryan, the President of the Court of Cassation, as a candidate for membership in the Constitutional Court. Of course, the final decision will be made in parliament through a closed vote.

Thus, in his 2019 annual declaration, the President of the Court of Cassation, Ervand Khundkaryan, did not declare any real estate. Instead, he owns a Lexus car manufactured in 2014, which the judge acquired in 2016. At the time of filing the declaration, the judge had 60 euros and 47,000 drams in the bank, as well as cash amounting to 22 million drams, 6,000 dollars, and an additional 2 million drams.
