Achatj's Maternity Hospital Suspended by Arsen Torosyan's Order

Achatj Health Center's obstetrician-gynecologist Koryun Vardapetyan announced on his Facebook page: "Dear Tavush residents, I want to inform you that today, July 31, 2020, according to the order received from Health Minister Arsen Torosyan, the obstetric activity of the Achatj Health Center (Achatj Maternity Hospital) has been suspended. Based on the given order, as an obstetrician-gynecologist, I can no longer perform my professional knowledge and skills at the Achatj Health Center. At this moment, discussions are ongoing regarding the continuation of my activities as an obstetrician-gynecologist at one of the leading clinics in another region of Armenia. I fought as much as possible to prevent the suspension of the maternity hospital's operations, but to no avail..."
