‘Zhoghovurd’. The CPT meeting was heated, the agenda also included the topic of Hayk Sargsyan's 'party'

‘Zhoghovurd’ newspaper reports: According to Armlur.am, a meeting of the ‘Civil Contract’ party’s board took place last night. Our information indicates that the meeting was heated, as several issues were discussed on the agenda.

Sources inform us that the main topic of the CPT board meeting was the 'party' organized by MP Hayk Sargsyan from the 'My Step' faction, which has caused anger among almost all representatives of the authorities.

According to our sources, both legislative and executive branches believe that Hayk Sargsyan should not have organized such an event, which has led them to find themselves in an unpleasant situation. During the board meeting, they tried to figure out how to deal with the 'disobedient' MP, but no final decision has been made yet.

Other agenda items included pivotal developments in the education sector, various issues and problems related to the state of emergency declared in Armenia.

It is worth noting that representatives of the ‘Civil Contract’ party’s board include Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Suren Papikyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, Ararat Mirzoyan, Hakob Arshakyan, Vilen Gabrielyan, Romanos Petrosyan, Hakob Simidyan, Tigran Avinyan, Ruben Rubinyan, Arsen Torosyan, Narek Babayan, Lilit Makunts, Sipan Pashinyan, Arman Boshyan, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Vahagn Hovakimyan, Alen Simonyan, Armen Pambukhchyan, Eduard Aghajanyan, and Arpine Davoyan.
