Tavush Region's Berd Community to Host Tumo Center: Government Decision

During a government meeting, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan presented the draft government decision on "The Issue of Retrieving Land and Transferring Usage Rights Free of Charge."

The Simonian Educational Foundation has applied in writing to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports (MoESCS) and the State Property Management Committee of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure to allocate a part of the real estate transferred for free use to the Berd High School for the purpose of constructing a Tumo mobile center.

MoESCS Minister Arayik Harutyunyan emphasized that this is an important initiative. "Within the framework of this project, Tumo will conduct courses through mobile centers that are typically held in the main centers. Additionally, based on preliminary discussions with the ministry, we have agreed that these areas can also be allocated for teacher training purposes," said Harutyunyan.
